Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and Thirteen Ventures Ltd d/b/a Bombthrower Media ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your membership and use of The Bitcoin Capitalist Club ("Club") and its associated services. By becoming a member of the Club, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Membership:
1.1. Membership to the Club is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
1.2. By joining the Club, you acknowledge and understand that the Club is a community of like-minded individuals and not a financial advisory service.
1.3. The Club offers two membership tiers: $99 monthly and $999 monthly. Each tier provides access to the Club's benefits as outlined in the membership description.

2. Payment and Billing:
2.1. By subscribing to the Club, you agree to pay the applicable membership fee as indicated for your chosen membership tier.
2.2. Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will be automatically charged to the payment method provided by you unless you cancel your membership.
2.3. You may cancel your membership at any time by following the cancellation process outlined by the Company. Cancellation requests received after the billing cycle will take effect from the following billing cycle.

3. Club Benefits:
3.1. As a Club member, you will receive access to the following benefits based on your chosen membership tier:
a) Entrance into The Bitcoin Capitalist Club.
b) Monthly macro overview report (PDF, approx. 30 pages).
c) Monthly portfolio review covering the Bitcoin Capitalist portfolio of equities.
d) Exclusive access to the members-only forum.
e) Free access to webinars and Crypto101 video courses and tutorials.

3.2. The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any Club benefits at its discretion. Notice of any significant changes to the Club benefits will be communicated to the members.

4. Intellectual Property:
4.1. All content provided through the Club, including but not limited to reports, articles, videos, and forum discussions, is protected by intellectual property rights and is owned or licensed by the Company.
4.2. Club members are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the content provided solely for their personal, non-commercial use.
4.3. Members shall not copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, sell, or otherwise exploit the content or any portion thereof without the prior written consent of the Company.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty:
5.1. The Club's content and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
5.2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content provided through the Club. The content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice.
5.3. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your reliance on the Club's content or any actions taken based on the information provided.

6. Limitation of Liability:
6.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Club or these Terms.
6.2. In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the membership fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
